With over 2 decades of Information Technology experience, Mr. Fulton Q. Shannon  possesses expert hands-on technology in database management systems: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MYSQL, PostgreSQL. Between 2007 and 2012, he worked at BlackRock Investment Management, as a Data Analyst, where developed and maintained Microsoft Access database applications for mutual funds reporting system. In continuation of his professional IT career at BNY Mellon Investment bank, Mr. Shannon served as a senior Data Research Analyst, providing data analytics  solutions using Oracle, Python, Microsoft Excel Power Query, DAX programming, and Power BI. He is also a professional web application developer utilizing cutting-edge web technology programing languages and frameworks such as Laravel, Django, Angular, and NodeJs.
